Join our digital unitĀ as HR Business Partner andĀ shape togetherĀ the future of Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Rewards for our Berlin office! Partner with the HR Business Partner and Office Manager to ensure we hire and retain the best talent in the marketplace while creating a high-performing organization.Ā
Tasks
-
Talent Operations (60%):
- Collaborate on implementing HR Shared Services
- Ensure data accuracy in all HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Manage all employment related documentation: contracts, parental leave, reference letter etc.
- Ensure smooth employee experience form on- to off-boarding
- Ensure timely and correct monthly payroll
- Generate and translate HR reports into business needs
- Provide advice on labor law topics

Global Talent Initiatives (20%):Ā
- Support on all Global Talent Initiatives from Appraisal to Salary review
- Closely work with Total Rewards andĀ Mobility partners

Talent acquisition (10%):
- Support Line Managers with hiring efforts through the entire process
- Train hiring managers on conducting productive interviews
- Support managers identifying the best candidates
- Analyze reporting on the recruiting funnel

Employee experience (10%):
- Conduct and evaluate feedback conversation in the employee life cycle journey
- Handle basic employee requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology or other relevant field
- 4-7 years working as HR Manager in an international environment
- Strong knowledge about German Labour Law
- Technical knowledge about HRIS & ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio)
- Strong communicator able to translate feedback into business insides
- Ability to handle complex topics and working with Senior Leadership
- Fluent in German & English
