Join us as Senior Technical Support Engineer, and solve some of the core operational problems in Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship space for our Audiological Care business unit. As a key contributor to a smaller, yet quickly expanding team, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact to an exciting new branch of the company. You will primarily work on the automations and integrations of various standalone software systems, administer them and work towards the goal of making various business processes efficient using technology.
Tasks
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders across functions to define and implement business processes; document and maintain the same
- Setup, configure and administer few of our core enterprise software tools in the fields of CRM such as soft phone, workforce scheduling, email marketing, etc.,
- Work closely with Engineers for seamless integrations across applications
- Build and maintain automations, integrations (webhooks) and address (ideally prevent) day-to-day operational challenges
- Troubleshoot issues and recover software systems and tools from failures, yet aim for resilience
- Monitor and analyze application performance, report on potential source of errors and suggest improvements
Profile
- You have a degree in engineering / mathematics / related technical field and have 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- You have worked as a CRM System Administrator and have strong focus / interest towards business process optimization and 1st /3rd party application integration
- You understand how APIs esp. HTTP communication works
- You have previously worked on DevOps for CRMs; Terraform, Pulumi, etc., are not alien to you
- You have previously worked across functions (Marketing, Customer Care, Product) and can empathize with respective technical needs
- You are very hands-on, pay close attention to details and a true team player
- You can speak and write English fluently; German is a plus
